*Buildings Ablaze in Oxford*

A huge gas explosion recently ripped though a three storey block of flats in Oxford setting other houses and nearby boats alight! Footage from the scene showed a fireball over the building and one of the forty fire fighters rescued a resident from an upstairs window of one of the damaged homes. Over 40 residents were unable to return to their homes that evening. It’s tempting; so as to try and reduce the annual premium, to overlook the potential for a significant claim from neighbours.
